134th Air Refueling Wing Base at McGee Tyson AFB.
In December 2024 the 134th Air Refueling Wing was honored to host a visit from the East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard. It was a blustery winter day, but they enjoyed a brief tour of a KC-135 Stratotanker, a window tour of the Wing, and a piping hot meal at our fantastic Rocky Top Dining Facility.
The East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard has provided military honors – among other services – for honorably discharged veterans in East Tennessee since 1994.
